Google services experienced severe outage for nearly 3+ hours especially in the mid regions of USA. All the services including Youtube, Gsuite were reportedly down, and users had trouble accessing the site and its servers.
As per the data available on its servers, Google has started investigation at around 12.25 Pacific time, and reported that the issue was fixed at 17.09 Pacific time.
Google is currently investigating what triggered the issue, and promises it won't happen again, but twitter users were unable to digest and started twitting #Youtubedown #Googledown #Googlenotworking #Snapchatdown and we don't know where to go, which shows how important this companies servers are.

The network congestion issue in eastern USA, affecting Google Cloud, G Suite, and YouTube has been resolved for all affected users as of 4:00pm US/Pacific.
We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence. We will provide a detailed report of this incident once we have completed our internal investigation. This detailed report will contain information regarding SLA credits.
