If you had upgraded to latest version of Windows 10 May update 2019 then you might experience many issues one of the them is not being able to connect to Bluetooth device. Unable to discover or connect to Bluetooth devices. 

If you are the one facing this error, then Microsoft says, your device drivers needs to be updated. This is because of compatibility issue, and the issue will mostly occur on Qualcomm and Realtek bluetooth devices.

So, if your device was Unable to discover the nearest bluetooth devices, then check your device version and download the drivers from the official Manufacturer site..

For Qualcomm drivers, you will need to install a driver version greater than 10.0.1.11.
For Realtek drivers, you will need to install a driver version greater than 1.5.1011.0.

 or kindly wait till the fix is available, it will be served soon through Windows update, as confirmed by Microsoft.

Microsoft has identified compatibility issues with some driver versions for Bluetooth radios made by Realtek and Qualcomm. To safeguard your update experience, we have applied a compatibility hold on devices with affected driver versions for Realtek or Qualcomm Bluetooth radios from being offered Windows 10, version 1903 or Windows Server, version 1903 until the driver has been updated.

Microsoft is working with Realtek and Qualcomm to release new drivers for all affected system via Windows Update.   


So, Kindly wait till an update is available or download and install it manually.
