Display problem after installing update in AMD Radeon HD 2000,3000, and 4000 series Windows 10 [How to fix]

Display problem after installing update in AMD Radeon HD 2000,3000, and 4000 series Windows 10 [How to fix].

My laptop display suddenly starts to malfunction, i checked the settings app, but the preferred resolution option and the ability to use multiple monitors, and the adapter type is Changed.

I Checked the Device Manager, but found the default display driver was now changed to Microsoft Basic Display driver.

I don't know what went wrong, but when i checked i found all these problems occurred after installing the Windows update in Windows 10.

I tried to re-install the driver but that went in vain. So, i started checking Online, to find whether the problem is only for me, or whether users had faced the same issue. But, unfortunately i was the one who experienced this case.

I Suspect i can't be the only one, so if you face the issue, you can use the method below to Correct it.

1) Open device Manager.

[See : How to open device manager in Windows 10 Fall Creators update]

2) You will see different options, select Display adapters

3) Right click the display driver and select properties -> Drivers

4) Check whether the driver version is 22.19.128.0, if yes, then uninstall the driver

5) Block the driver from re-installing or just disable the windows update and enjoy.
