1) Open Settings on your Windows 10 Creators update PC.

2) Click on Update & security

3) Click on Troubleshoot on the left pane.

4) Now, on your right pane, you can see various Options to troubleshoot, scroll down and click on Bluetooth under Find and fix other problems option.

5) Select Run the Troubleshooter option.

It will fix the problem..

If this solution didn't helped, then power off and power on the device after sometime, pair it again.

If that too failed, then wait for sometime, 

Because, Its a Microsoft known issue..

Microsoft says,

We are aware that some Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse Surface Edition and Arc Touch Bluetooth Mouse users may experience Bluetooth connection and disconnection issues after upgrading to Windows 10 Creators Update. We are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.

If these steps didn’t help, you can continue using the Creators Update with another mouse until the fix is released. If you must use an impacted mouse, we suggest going back to the Windows 10 Anniversary Update.
