Windows 10 insider preview 15060 released for PC today, got some improvements in the
performance level, but it got worse in the bug level. there are many bugs causing lot of pain
to insiders. Though it's perfectly normal to experience such issues, when you are an
insider, particularly a fast ring insider. this build is making more pain to users, starting from
update cancelled error and later reboot failure error 8024a112, The list goes on.
Majority of users are disappointed as Microsoft said, this build won't allow us to download
new language packs, which means we can't download any new language packs to this
Windows 10 insider preview 15060 PC using Region and language option or using control
panel.

So, if you depend on the language Packs to Work with Windows, then Skip this build and
wait for the next build to be released.
