Windows 10 insider preview build 15007 doesn't start downloading [Solved]

Microsoft introduced Windows 10 Insider Preview 15007 have some problems right from its 

download. Some of my friends faced some problem with the update process.. Particularly, On one of 

my friend's PC there is a serious problem on the update.. What the problem was

 In the update section there is a message "Some Updates are Available " and under 

that there is a download progress meter like mine, but it doesn't start downloading, he kept it for 

more than 4 hrs, 

nothing happened there was still just that screen. So if you are facing such error, then i hope this 

solution might work for you..

Since, you are a insider i think you don't need an intro to such things, So let's go directly to the point..

1) Open an elevated Command Prompt or Powershell

2) Type gpupdate/force

3) Restart your Computer

and try again, you will see the update now downloading..

It worked for my friend, and i hope it works for you too..
