Do we need any software to do it ?

No, we don't require any software to enable or disable game mode notifications in windows 10.

Just follow the below steps..

1) Press Windows + I Keys, which will open Settings App

2) Click on Gaming

3) When you clicked, it will display many options like Game bar, game dvr,  Broadcasting,etc..

Click on Game mode in the left pane..

4) Now, on your right pane, you can see Game mode settings..

Find "Use Game mode " option

5) Under that, find the option "Get Game mode Notifications"

6) Uncheck the box

and close the window..

That's it..
