Looks, like Microsoft is testing more and more features before the arrival of Windows 10 creators update scheduled April 2017 release. In a very short blog post today, Microsoft team announced there will be a new option inside the Settings App called Gaming, this option will have all the option
especially designed for Gamers, it will feature settings for Game bar, Game DVR, and broadcasting..
Currently, this feature was scheduled to release in the upcoming Windows 10 Insider preview build..
Clicking on this section will take you to game mode..

This game mode have settings related to GameBar, game DVR and broadcasting.
Most of the Xbox one options are migrated to this section, as i had seen Options like Keys to take screenshot, turning on or off game mode,etc..
