This is how much free space we really need to install/upgrade to Windows 10
A lot of people seems to know how much space does windows 10 really occupies and how
much free space do i need to upgrade to windows 10.The answer for this question is
simple.You need at least 8 GB of free space to perform successful upgrade.The next
question that may arise in your mind is what to do when you don't have Such amount of
space in your hard disk.
Then here are the few things you can try.
1.Uninstall/remove apps and programs that you no longer use.
Removing them will really free some space as the files that are associated with the program
will automatically deleted when we uninstall them,which results us to get some free space.
2.The next thing,we can do is using disk clean-up.
Disk cleanup is an inbuilt utility that are available in windows,to perform cleaning
operation.When we run this utility it will delete the unnecessary files,older restore points
and its related items to free some space.

3.Reduce the size of WinSxS folder...
WinSxS is an important folder available in windows directory,where our windows store its
important files like windows components,updates and other items.Deleting them will make
our system unstable,as Some critical issues like we can't restart and updates issues will
arise..
But we can reduce the size of that folder using task scheduler.
If you are using Windows 8.1,then
i).Open control panel.
ii) On the Search box(found on the top right corner) type Schedule tasks->select top most
result under administrative tools.
iii)Click on the arrow next to Task Schedule library,Navigate to
Microsoft->Windows->Servicing.On that Select/click StartComponentCleanup
(iv) Again click/tap run under the item that is selected.
That Will perform the above task.
4).You can also attach an external drive which contain some free space..but don't forget to
keep them in safe place if you need them for future.

How to fix Couldn't start Office installaton 0-1018(0) MS Office error
Microsoft Office (or) MS Office is an application used by most of us for presentation(Powerpoint),wording(Word),etc...Today in my pc,while i was installing MS
Office 2016 i got the window with an error code displaying 0-1018(0),which it says another
installation is running.I Checked on taskbar,but found no such task was running on that
time.Anyway,i finally fixed the problem by downloading and installing a tool from official
site.If you had faced with such an error,then i hope this article will help you.
How to fix ??
Just follow the steps below,(or) See the following video.
Step 1 : Press ctrl + shift + Esc keys to launch taskmanager (or) right click on taskbar ->
taskmanager.
Step 2 : Click on the details tab.
Step 3 : Check whether OfficeclickTorun exe is running.
If it was running,right click on the process and select end task.
If no such task was running(like happened on my pc),then follow the remaining steps..
Step 4 : click on the below official link.

Step 5 : Scroll down to step 2,expand and then click download.i.e click on ie /chrome/firefox
and select download.
Step 6 : It Will download the file named O15CTRRemove.diagcab run the file by
double clicking /Single click on the downloaded file.
Step 7 : Click on Advanced,and makesure apply repairs automatically is checked,if not
then check the option.and Select Next.
Step 8 : Wait,till it repairs,it may take sometime.
Step 9 : After sometime,it will prompt a window to select Apply this fix (or) Skip this Fix.
Step 10 : Select Apply this fix Option.
Step 11 : Wait till it resolves problems,this too take some time.
Step 12 : Select next on the window that opens.
Step 13 : It Will show a window,stating the troubleshooting had completed.
Step 14 : Click on Close.
Step 15 : Restart your PC.
Step 16 : Now,run the setup again,you will find the problem has been fixed,.

1. Press Windows Key.
2. type earth.
3. Right click on the top most result and select open file location.
4. It Will open a new Window,on that right click on google earth and select create shortcut.
5. Windows won't allow us to create shortcut on the install directory,so it will ask to place
shortcut on desktop instead click yes.
Now you can launch earth directly from desktop.
